Perfect for families who want extra support bringing the whole celebration together. This option is for parents who would like Mel to help coordinate the bigger picture, including styling direction, supplier planning, party flow, set-up support and on-the-day organisation. Your Party Producer / Event Coordination package can be tailored depending on how much help you need, from helping organise key elements of the party through to being there on the day to help manage the set-up and flow of the event. A starting deposit of $500 is required to secure this service, with any additional planning, coordination, supplier management or on-the-day hours quoted depending on the size and requirements of the event. Includes up to 4 hours of planning, styling or coordination support. Additional hours may be quoted depending on the size and requirements of your event.
